Op zondag 13 januari hebben we performers van Netherlands Coding Live, een groep mensen die muziek maken door code te schrijven. Een week later zijn ze te zien en horen op de internationale livecoding conferentie in Madrid, maar op deze zondag al bij ons! Hieronder een korte beschrijving.
Verder zullen er ook nog akoestische liederen te horen zijn!
En natuurlijk is er weer lekkere (veganistische) soep.

Live coding with Mercury (my coding-environment). Will be improvised, probably mellow soundscape-ish drony sounds…

The performance will be with visuals live coded in Processing/REPL mode and will be based on math formulas and supershape (based on the papers by Paul Bourke) and they will be synchronized with the music.
Marije Baalman
A live performance where she rehearses livecoding with a one-handed keyboard by playing the scripts of other livecoding artists. This piece takes a look at how to practice livecoding and the skills it involves. It questions whether performing other livecoded scripts is still livecoding.
